Bayou Grace Community Services (BGCS) implements outreach, services and advocacy that address the community's most immediate needs, giving them opportunity and renewed strength to advocate and work towards the environmental health of their community. Strategic services such as Construction Services, the Adult Literacy Program and Community Wellness Outreach enables BGCS to form long-term relationships with community members who are recovering, often, from repetitive states of recovery. BGCS works to connect these community members with continued advocacy and outreach opportunities within and outside of the community, thus building a strong, positive untied voice that is empowered and mobilized.
